What is the difference between Stolen Recipe and other ice teas?
Stolen Recipe is freshly brewed from loose leaf tea at the time of bottling. We sweeten with fruit juice only and use natural flavour. Nothing else is added. Other ice teas are made from tea extract or brewed tea concentrates that can be sitting in their packaging for up to 2 years.
Shipping and returns
What is your returns policy?
We will refund any unopened items that you’re not completely happy with, within 7 days of receipt and the product packaging is still in its original condition and was purchased directly from our store.
To return your product please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please keep in mind that unless there is an error on our part we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
If you’re located within Australia, then your order will typically take 3-10 business days to arrive.
How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping costs can be calculated at the online store checkout.
My order hasn’t arrived, how do I track it?
If you are having trouble or your order has been lost in the post please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if my order was damaged in the post?
If your order was damaged in the post then Stolen Recipe will replace the product free of charge as long as you take a photo of the external packaging (before it is opened) and the product damage.
To get a return shipping voucher please email email@example.com with your name, order number and images of your damaged product.
The post office lost my order can I get another one sent to me?
If in the event that your order is lost in transit, then you need to contact us with your order number and order tracking ID via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can arrange another for another one to be sent free of charge.
I’m not happy with order, what should I do?
If you are not happy with your order and it has been less than 7 days since you received the order, then please email us at email@example.com to arrange a refund.
